Biblical Life Publishing stives to provide the best service and materials available.

Most orders are shipped within two business days via either First Class Mail or Priority Mail with Confirmation Delivery. If you provide an e-mail address with your order, you will receive a confirmation when the order has been shipped.

If any CD or DVD proves be defective within 90 days of purchase, it will be replaced free of charge. Simply mail the defect disk back to Biblical Life Publishing with a short description of the program. A replacement disk will be shipped within two business days.
